Ingredients for cosmetics and nutraceuticals generated through exclusive collaborations with leading Italian companies in organic food production. Through an extraction process based on eco-compatible upcycling principles, we aim to optimally preserve the specific bioactive activities and peculiar chemical properties of the compounds present in these precious residues. Thanks to the combined action of different extraction techniques, we maximize the recovery of bioactive molecules for their subsequent characterization, with the ambitious goal of obtaining a product that is more concentrated and effective than that obtained from non-residual raw materials, ensuring a final product that is not only of quality, but also sustainable.

The pomace from the pressing of wild berries and apples is a rich source of polyphenols and other secondary metabolites.
